    Been going here for a little over a year and has been a great experience. Friendly staff and gym membership. Got a personal trainer who does a great job. Only one of each circuit machine though, except ab machines, so you may have to wait if someone is using the one you want. Plenty of free weights though. Lots of treadmills and bikes. No pool/sauna/hot tubs. Just lots of training equipment for serious workouts. Wish it was 24 hours. Would be perfect then for me.
