    I was looking for a place for my aunt near my house and found Hawthorne at Sugarloaf. All of the staff (Tina, Kristen, & Chris) has been proactive, friendly, and extremely helpful to me and to my aunt who was disabled at the time. They have units with garages, trash pickup at the door, gym, pool table, year round pool, great outdoor fireplace, doggie park, and lots of perks. The grounds are always clean and inviting except for when some residents who do not take pride in their surroundings throw trash on the ground, but staff are always quick to take care of it. The sales office offers FREE Starbucks coffee and lots of other perks like a gift wrapping station during Christmas holidays. Every month they have different activities for the residents. We've had an exceptional experience with staff and this complex. I would recommend these apartments to a friend or another family member. Thanks Hawthrone at Sugarloaf!
